Back in 2007, XN was emceeing an event and was approached by a local sports radio station to "put together a cool show for Monday drive time." Shortly after that moment The Big Inside was born. Airing through 2008 on "The Zone," 1510am WWZN, a local New England sports news station, the show was a breath of fresh air among a sea of repetitive Boston Red Sox and Bruins arguments.
The station fell on rough times due to industry monopolization and on-demand options suffocating live radio, and cutbacks brought a premature end to the show. While several of these original episodes have been lost to time, most of them are fortunately (or unfortunately) still around. We gathered up what we could find and compiled the "original series" here so you can witness our humble beginnings.
